  • MEN 2A and MEN 2B.
  • 80-90% are sporadic </spoiler>

  • Immunoreactivity with CEA, TTF1, calcitonin, chromogranin, synaptophysin.
  • Negative immunoreactivity with thyroglobulin </spoiler>
  • <spoiler text="What extracellular material may be associated with this neoplasm?">
