GROSS: NERVOUS: Brain: Infarct Remote Bilateral Putamen And Caudate Nuclei: Gross fixed tissue coronal section cerebral hemispheres lesions show very well and additionally there is severe cortical atrophy in the superior portions of both hemispheres I do not know what disease this is but it looks interesting
