OTHER: HEMATOLOGIC: BLOOD: Blood tests: Sickle cell preparation: Metabisulfite test for sickle hemoglobin.; Metabisulfite is added to a tube of patients blood. Screen for sickle hemoglobin causes red cells to sickle by removing oxygen. Positive turbidity is gross change for presence of Hb S; with turbidity the line behind the tube disappears.
