RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33883: EXAM 1: GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND METS EXAM 2: INFRARENAL ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM. 72 year old male. Exam 1: 1. Gastric mass involving the antum and pyloris most consistent with gastric carcinoma. Strandy change in the fat surrounding this mass as well as portal node are indicative of metastatic disease. 2. Dilatation of the proximal stomach without gastric outlet obstruction at this time.
