RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33712: HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA. 54 year old male with the history of cirrhosis. 1. Multiple1504026HENDERSON hypervascular mass is seen throughout the liver and are consistent with hepatocellular carcinoma. The right anterior segment lesion appears very infiltrative as well as multifocal. None of these lesions are well seen on the portovenous phase. 2. Cirrhosis with portal venous hypertension. 3. Trace of free fluid in the pelvis. 4. Cholelithiasis without acute evidence of acute cholecystitis.
