RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33122: RENAL LYMPHOMA. 79-year-old female whose is referred from outside institution to UAB.Patient had a neck node which was biopsied and pathology was reported as low grade lymphoma. 1. Large soft tissue mass involving the right kidney, Morrisons pouch, with marked enlargement of the right adrenal. There is no evidence of generalized lymphadenopathy, though there is a small amount of adenopathy in aortocaval region. The renal mass is heterogeneous in appearance and may even contain hemorrhage. This is not a typical diagnostic appearance for lymphoma. While this could represent lymphoma, renal cell carcinoma is also a strong possibility.
