RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33488: FEMORAL HERNIA APPENDICITIS. Patient is a 70 year old male with right groin cellulitis. Inflammatory changes are seen within the right inguinal region which appears to be secondary to appendicitis within an right femoral appendiceal hernia. No inflammatory change seen within the peritoneum. 2. Fatty liver. 3. Diverticulosis of the sigmoid colon. 4. No other abnormalities are identified.
