RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33954: HEPATOCELLUAR CARCINOMA. Cirrhosis with hepatoma previously treated with Ethanol oblation. 1. Probable local recurrence of hepatocelluar carcinoma at edge of area previously treated with Ethanol oblation, as described above. 2. Cirrhosis with portal hypertension and a small amount of ascites. 3. Non occlusive left portal vein thrombus.
