RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 32789: GRAFT VS HOST DZ - GB EDEMA & STONE. Eleven year old female with allergenic bone marrow transplant.Now with elevated temperature, sepsis, and hypertension. 1) Thickening of the small bowel with mild dilatation. This may be secondary to patients known diagnosis of graft versus host disease. Other etiologies which may cause submucosal edema including infection is also possible. 2) No intraabdominal abscess. 3) Poor corticomedullary differentiation consistent with renal dysfunction. 4) Hepatomegaly, gallbladder sludge with no intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
