RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33352: GASTRINOMA. 49-year-old female with history of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. 1. Enhancing mass at the uncinate portion of the pancreas posteriorly consistent with a gastronoma. If not palpable at time of operation an intraoperative ultrasound may be helpful. No other abnormalities of the abdomen and pelvis are present.
