RADIOLOGY: MUSCULOSKELETAL: Case# 33350: SCAPULAR SARCOMA, ADRENAL METS. A 38-year-old female. 1. Large heterogeneous mass in the left upper quadrant with mass effect. Differential of primary bone tumor metastasis or renal tumor versus pancreatic tumor versus other retroperitoneal sarcoma etiology is considered. Mass would be amenable to percutaneous biopsy. 2. Cholelithiasis.
