RADIOLOGY: CHEST: Case# 33131: DIAPHRAGMATIC RUPTURE. 1) Findings strongly suspicious for rupture of the left hemidiaphragm. Follow-up with chest x-ray or other tests should be performed as clinically indicated. 2) Traumatic injury to the spleen, with no evidence of perisplenic hemorrhage. 3) Right adrenal hematoma. 4) Multiple pelvic fractures as described above.
