RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33121: CROSSED, FUSED ECTOPIC KIDNEYS. Seventy-two year old man who is status post MVA. 1) Bibasilar atelectasis with pleural thickening/trace pleural effusions. 2) Crossed fused ectopic kidneys. 3) Fractures of at least two ribs on the right. 4) No evidence for intraabdominal injury is present.
