RADIOLOGY: GENITOURINARY: GU: Case# 33090: URETERAL CA. 79 year old male with hematuria. 1. Filling defect within the distal right ureter without proximal hydroureteronephrosis. Findings favor primary tumor (transitional cell carcinoma) with radiolucent stone and clot being less likely. 2. Multiple bilateral renal cysts with an irregular area of low attenuation in the left upper pole, most likely representing subcapsular ruptured cyst. 3. Small umbilical hernia. 4. Prostatic enlargement. 5. Diverticulosis.
