RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33071: GASTRIC CANCER WITH METASTASIS TO ALL SEGMENTS OF THE LIVER. 57-year-old female. 1. Gastric cancer with metastasis to all segments of the liver. Hemangioma is questioned in the lateral segment of the liver. 2. Question of bone lesion; however, sclerosis from degenerative changes cannot be ruled out. Question of peritoneal lesion most likely representing averaging of small bowel. 3. Prominent common bile duct without intrahepatic ductal dilatation. Recommend clinical correlation. 4. Atrophied right kidney without other abnormalities identified. Patient is status post hysterectomy.
