RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33062: POST-TRANSPLANT-LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE-DISORDER. 37 year old male status post renal transplant 3/17/96, now with increasing creatinine. 1. Status post renal transplant into right pelvis. 2. Hydronephrosis of transplanted kidney. 3. Soft tissue mass adjacent to medial lower pole of the transplanted kidney most compatible with PTLD and most likely causing the obstruction. No obvious hematoma or abscess is identified.
