RADIOLOGY: ADRENAL: Case# 33356: MYELOLIPOMA. 48-year-old female with history of an adrenal mass. 1. Left adrenal mass as described above is smaller in size since the prior study and has density characteristics of a myelolipoma. Inflammatory changes surrounding this mass have resolved since the prior study. 2. Hepatosplenomegaly. 3. Cardiomegaly with left basilar compressive atelectasis.
