RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33903: SMALL PERINEPHRIC HEMATOMA. 53 year old male with history of fall in the bathroom now with hematuria. 1. Small right perinephric hematoma with associated small right posterior renal cortical injury with no evidence of extravasation from the pelvicalyceal system. 2. The rest of the abdomen is within normal limits.
