RADIOLOGY: ABDOMEN: Case# 33892: RETROPERITONEAL AND PELVIC LYMPHADENOPATHY, CONSISTENT WITH METASTASES. A 61-year-old male with prostatic carcinoma. 1. Extensive retroperitoneal and pelvic lymphadenopathy, consistent with metastases, presumably his prostatic carcinoma.2. Multiple low attenuation renal lesions which represent simple cysts. 3. Non-obstructing 5 mm left mid kidney stone. 4. Thick walled urinary bladder. 5. Thinning of the myocardium in the left ventricular apex may be related to previous ischemic insult.
