RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33166: HEPATIC MASS, FNH. 36 year old female involved with invetro-fertilization. 1. 4-phase abdominal CT demonstrates a hepatic mass which, given the clinical history, most likely represents focal nodular hyperplasia. 2. Small bilateral adnexal cyst.
