RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33887: Recent resection of the lateral segment of the left lobe of the liver for cholangiohepatitis. 1. Focal tubular low attenuation area in the lateral segments are seen with high density material layering in the dependent portions. The appearance is that of marked biliary ductal dilatation with intraductal calculi. Medial segment and right lobe of the liver are unremarkable. 2. The study is limited by the absence of intravenous contrast. No gross abnormalities are seen in the imaged portions of kidneys, spleen, and pancreas.
