Diverticulitis of the sigmoid colon with microperforation. Follow up examination with recommended when the diverticulitis resolves to exclude an underlying malignancy. 2. 1.8 cm hemangioma in the lateral segment of the left lobe of the liver. 3. Diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver 4. Surgical changes from hysterectomy and cholecystectomy.
