RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 33864: APPENDICOLITHS. 77-year-old female who had a history of abdominal pain. The recent barium enema demonstrated two polyps. 1. Inflammatory change is also present in Morrisons pouch. No evidence of periappendiceal abscess. 2. Nodular liver with heterogeneous texture. Although no focal lesions are identified, correlation with AFP level and three phase CT scan of the liver if clinically indicated is recommended. 3. Leiomyomatous uterus. 4.
