RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33757: LIVER METASTASIS. This is a 53-year-old male with carcinoid. 1. Innumerable hypervascular lesions seen in the liver, most likely from metastatic disease. 2. Retrocrural thickening and periaortic adenopathy.
