RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33754: MULTIPLE LIVER METASTASIS, PERIPANCREATIC ADENOPATHY. 58 year old male with a recent endoscopy performed and duodenal biopsy demonstrated possible neuroendocrine lesion. 1. Multiple hyperenhancing lesions in the liver are probably metastatic however possibility of hemangiomas cannot be entirely ruled out and a MRI scan would be helpful for further evaluation. 2. 4.5 x 2.5 cm pancreatic neck mass is probably the primary neuroendocrine tumor. Irregularity of the medial wall of the duodenum (not mentioned in the body of the report above). At least 3 to 4 portocaval nodes and 2 cm root of mesentery node might represent metastases from the pancreatic mass.
