RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33489: GB LACERATION. 57 year old male, unrestrained MVA. 1. Active extravasation with acute injury involving the inferior liver margin and gallbladder. Findings were discussed with primary surgery team. 2. Moderate amount of free peritoneal fluid most likely represents blood but could be the result of diagnostic peritoneal lavage. Extraperitoneal pelvic fluid is likely the result of lavage. 3. Right posterior acetabular fracture. 4. Small left renal cyst.
