RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33553: GIANT HEMANGIOMA. The patient is a 25 year old male who is a healthy male, and 2-weeks ago developed jaundice, fever and leukocytosis. 1. Lesion in right lobe of the liver most likely is atypical hemangioma. 2. Subtle retroperitoneal infiltrative changes such as can be seen as a consequence of pancreatitis.
