RADIOLOGY: ADRENAL: Case# 33601: PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA. 73-year-old male who presents for CT today to evaluate causes of constipation. 1. Stable appearance of right adrenal mass which by earlier imaging criteria is consistent with pheochromocytoma. 2. Left inguinal hernia containing loops of small bowel without evidence of obstruction, new since 1993.
