RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33594: HEMANGIOENDOTHELIOMA. Patient is 16 day old female with heart disease and hepatomegaly noted on prenatal ultrasound. Large right hepatic lobe mass with imaging characteristics most compatible with hemangioendothelioma. Other entities such as cavernous hemangioma are felt to be much less likely.
