RADIOLOGY: PANCREAS: Case# 33578: PANCREATIC NECROSIS. 23 year old female with gallstone pancreatitis and leukocytosis. 1. Necrotizing pancreatitis with only minimal areas of perfusion and large volume of ascites. 2. Left lower lobe air space consolidation with bilateral pleural effusions consistent with pneumonia. 3. Adynamic ileus.
