RADIOLOGY: ADRENAL: Case# 33691: RIGHT ADRENAL CARCINOMA. 46-year-old male with right upper quadrant pain and recurrent pneumonia and bronchitis. Large right retroperitoneal mass which appears to arise from the adrenal gland with multiple metastatic nodules in the perinephric space, liver, pulmonary parenchyma, and bronchi.
