RADIOLOGY: LUNG: Case# 33686: BRONCHOLITH COMPLETE COLLAPSE OF RIGHT LOWER LOBE. This 74 year old male is referred to evaluate right lung architecture. Complete collapse of right lower lobe with air space consolidation and fluid bronchograms due to calcification in the main stem bronchus (broncholith). 2. Bilateral pleural effusions and empyema formation in the right. 3. Patchy bronchopneumonia in the lingular segment of the left upper lobe.
