RADIOLOGY: PANCREAS: Case# 33683: LIPOMATOUS PSEUDOHYPERTROPHY OF THE PANCREAS. RIGHT OVARIAN MASS. 74 year old female with abdominal pain. 1. Mass in the region of the neck and head of the pancreas with fat attenuation. This likely represents lipomatous pseudohypertrophy of the pancreas. 2. Right ovarian mass. Ultrasound may be helpful for further characterization. 3. Venous collateral flow in the liver as can be seen with SVC or upper extremity venous occlusions.
