RADIOLOGY: FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE: Case# 33029: OVARIAN CA METS. 50 year old woman with ovarian cancer, status post hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and left to right ureteral ureterostomy in 1993, status post chemotherapy, now complains of right groin and periumbilical pain x 1 week. Increase in size of multiple visceral and parietal peritoneal implants with a new heterogeneous soft tissue mass adjacent to the left psoas, consistent with ovarian cancer metastasis.
