RADIOLOGY: FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE: Case# 33013: OVARIAN NEOPLASM?. This is a 32-year-old female with a palpable pelvic mass which she states has been present for at least one year. The patient is complaining of pain in this region. 1) Large, septated, pelvic mass probably arising from the right adnexa. The most likely etiology for this mass is an ovarian tumor.
