RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 32859: GASTRIC MASS: LYMPHOMA VS. METASTATIC MELANOMA. 86 year old male status post resection of left face & neck melanoma one week prior. There is marked gastric wall thickening involving the fundus and body with extension into surrounding structures. The apperacnce is most suggestive of lymphoma; however, given the patients recent history, metastatic melanoma should also be considered.
