RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 32796: CARCINOID. A 53-year-old male with history of carcinoid tumor of the small bowel. 1. There has been no change in the mesenteric partially calcified soft tissue mass since the previous examination. 2. No new lesions are identified. 3. No adenopathy is identified in the abdomen or pelvis. 4. Thinning of the right anterior abdominal wall musculature with adhesion of the hepatic flexure to the anterior abdominal wall. No hernia is present.
