![RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 32795: CBD STONE VS. PANCREATIC HEAD MASS. Patient is a 61 year old female with complaints of jaundice and mid epigastric pain. 1. Dilatation of the gallbladder with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct dilatation down to the pancreatic head is noted on todays study. Focal area of increased attenuation within the pancreatic head along the expected course of the distant common bile duct is also appreciated. Considerations include obstructing choledocholithiasis versus focal hypervascular tumor. Correlation with ERCP is recommended. 2. Hepatic cyst as described above. No other hepatic lesion is identified. 3. Small nonobstructing stone within the left renal pelvis. 00133233.jpg](./upload/2013/08/01/20130801114925-06fce033.jpg)
