RADIOLOGY: GASTROINTESTINAL: GI: Case# 96: SMALL BOWEL THICKENING, SLE. 40 year old male with history of Systemic Lupus Erythematosis who presents with epigastric pain, emesis and diarrhea. There is diffuse wall thickening of a long segment of the proximal jejunum. Mild inflammatory changes are seen within the mesentery.
