Membership Application & Dues

For your convenience we have provided two methods for you to pay your annual SCVP dues.

• Check by mail: You can print off the membership form found below, fill it out, and then mail in the completed form along with your check in U.S. dollars.
• Electronic (bank draft/credit card): Optionally, you may choose to make a credit card or bank draft payment using the online secure PayPal process. This is the preferred payment option for non-U.S. members, but may be utilized by any member. To pay by credit card or bank draft simply fill out the online application form. After submitting the form you will be directed to the PayPal site. As a first time PayPal user you will have to register. After you register you will be asked to fill out your payment information. Your dues payments will automatically be deposited into the SCVP account.
