Sparks Center

The Chauncy Sparks Center for Developmental and Learning Disorders is a comprehensive interdisciplinary facility which specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, education, and rehabilitation of developmentall disabled, mentally retards, or at risk infants, children, and adults.
