I am in the MD/PhD program here at UAB. My ultimate goal is to see patients and do research. In my spare time, I like to watch and play sports, read, and spend time with friends.

General Research Interests:

Calreticulin


My research interests are in a protein, calreticulin, and its role in the extracellular matrix during wound healing and tissue remodeling.  Specifically, we are looking at the role of calreticulin on collagen production and cell behavior.
