RADIOLOGY: GENITOURINARY: GU: Case# 34068: PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTING CALCULUS IN THE RIGHT URETEROVESICLE JUNCTION. 51 year old male with right flank and right lower quadrant. 1. Findings consistent with at least partially obstructing calculus in the right ureterovesicle junction. In addition, the adjacent fluid may represent rupture of the right collecting system. 2. Normal appendix without appendicitis.
