RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 34011: RENAL ABSCESS ALSO RENAL AGENESIS WITH UNICORNUATE UTERUS (MEYER ROKITANSKI KUSTER HAUSER SYNDROME). 38 year old female with pyelonephritis which is resistant to antibiotics. 1. Multiple renal abscesses involving the left kidney, the largest measuring 4 cm x 3.5 cm. 2. Right renal agenesis with possible unicornuate uterus. 3. Small bilateral pleural effusions.
