RADIOLOGY: GENITOURINARY: GU: Case# 34000: RENAL MASS. The patient is a 57-year-old female on peritoneal dialysis for evaluation of possible neurogenic bladder. 1. Solid appearing left upper pole renal mass incidentally noted.No definite evidence of metastases or caval invasion. 2. Bladder is slightly small, but the patient voids to completion.
