RADIOLOGY: HEPATOBILIARY: Case# 33974: CHOLECYSTITIS. Right abdominal pain. 1) Pericholecystic fluid, with probable focal gallbladder wall defects and adjacent membranes which may represent sloughed mucosa. The appearance is most consistent with gangrenous cholecystitis and perforation. 2) Cholelithiasis. 3) Fatty infiltration of the liver.
