RADIOLOGY: GENITOURINARY: GU: Case# 33956: LEFT URETERAL CALCULUS. 57-year-old male with history of kidney stones and left flank pain. 1. 4x8mm left ureterovesical junction calculus with dilatation of the proximal ureter and renal pelvis. 2. Abnormal soft tissue in the right groin. Diagnostic considerations here would include post-surgical change, with possible addition of arterial venous fistula, or adenopathy.
