RADIOLOGY: GENITOURINARY: GU: Case# 33125: ?OBSTRUCTING LEFT URETERAL CALCULUS. 48 year old with a history of renal stones and left flank pain. The patients creatinine is 2.0. 1) Findings consistent with obstruction of the left kidney due to a left ureteral calculus at the level of the L4/5. Approximate stone measurement is 5 x 5 x 14 mm. 2) Ultrasound performed in conjunction with this study shows mild hydroureteronephrosis on the left, enlarged left renal size (12.9 versus 10 cm on the right) and absence of the left ureteral jet by Doppler flow analysis of the bladder.
