RADIOLOGY: KIDNEY: Case# 33441: RCC W/ PERICAVAL NODE METS. This is a 27 year old female S/P right nephrectomy. The patient complains of fever and left lower quadrant pain. 1) Paraaortic mass now measuring 3 x 3 x 8 cm and is more necrotic. This mass is consistent with a metastasis from the renal cell carcinoma. 2) Right retrocrural adenopathy, slightly decreased in size. 3) Complex dermoid cyst without significant changes. 4) No other signs of metastasis are seen.
