RADIOLOGY: SPLEEN: Case# 33106: SPLENIC SARCOIDOSIS & PYELONEPHRITIS. 25 year old female with history of sarcoidosis complaining of abdominal pain. Patient has been treated for urinary tract infection also. 1. Hepatosplenomegaly and upper abdominal lymphadenopathy consistent with history of advanced sarcoidosis. 2. Nephromegaly with striated nephrograms on the right is suggestive of pyelonephritis.
